Regarding Phat! Company Product Manufacturing and Release Delays

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the continued manufacturing delays and postponement of product release dates.

We regret to inform you that despite expectations we had of the situation improving in February this year, issues of delay persist.

1. Cause of Production/Release Date Delays
As previously announced last year, we have been working to secure personnel at our main factory and new partner factories to work with, however, due to the difficulty in securing staff at our main factory, delays have persisted.

2. Efforts to Rectify the Situation
In anticipation of a prolonged staff shortage problem, we are currently strengthening our efforts to secure new partner factories.
Currently, we have secured partnerships with two factories and will continue to review production schedules and adjust manufacturing lines to ease manufacturing and launch delays.

3. Upcoming Plans to Rectify Issues
As products manufactured at the new partner factories have been released on schedule, we expect to rectify delays by securing more partner factories.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who have been eagerly awaiting product releases, as well as the delays in rectification of the ongoing issues.

We will continue to strive to rectify delay issues and ship products as soon as possible.
